Product Sampling
Exhibitors planning to distribute food, beverages, supplements, cosmetics, personal-care products, or other samples must comply with all venue, health department, licensing, safety, and event requirements.
Sampling guidelines, serving-size restrictions, permits, and related deadlines will be provided before the event.
Insurance Requirements
All exhibitors must maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of:

A valid Certificate of Insurance must be submitted before exhibitor move-in. Required additional-insured language and submission instructions will be included in the exhibitor onboarding materials.
