Harry Reid International Airport offers nonstop and connecting service from major cities throughout the United States and international destinations.

Ground Transportation

Rideshare Services

Uber and Lyft pickup areas are available at designated locations throughout Harry Reid International Airport. Rideshare transportation provides convenient service directly to The Venetian Expo and surrounding hotels.

Taxi Service

Taxi service is available outside the airport baggage-claim areas. Fares vary based on traffic, destination, and time of travel.

Rental Cars

Major rental-car companies operate from the Harry Reid International Airport Rent-A-Car Center. A rental car may be helpful for guests planning to explore areas beyond the Las Vegas Strip.

Hotel Transportation

Some hotels offer airport transportation, private-car service, or shuttle options. Contact your hotel directly to confirm availability, pricing, and advance-reservation requirements.

Parking

Self-parking and valet-parking options are available at or near The Venetian Resort and The Venetian Expo. Parking availability, rates, and policies are subject to change.

International Travel

International attendees should confirm all passport, visa, and entry requirements well in advance of the event.

If visa-support documentation becomes available for registered attendees and exhibitors, application instructions will be posted on the official event website. Visa approval is determined solely by the appropriate government authorities and cannot be guaranteed by the event organizer.
